COVID PROTOCOLS – 2021 Tournament – London   as of September 22nd The following protocols have been put in place by the London Middlesex Health Board 1.Participants and Spectators may not enter any facility until 15 minutes prior to game time and must vacate facility and leave within 15 minutes of the game completion. As of Wednesday September 22nd per provincial regulations everyone over the age of 12 is required to provide proof of being fully vaccinated prior to entering any City of London arena including Western Fair.   This proof needs to be provided each time they wish to enter the arena.     Participants under the age of 18 who are participating in an organized sport, including, training, practices, games and competitions are not required to show proof of vaccination.

Teams cancelling for any reason prior to July 31st will receive a FULL refund. Teams cancelling after July 31st will forfeit their deposit if a replacement team is not found. Teams will receive FULL refund of all fees if tournament is cancelled due to COVID
